How it works

 

Working with me as your guide is not about taking sides or forcing change. It’s about creating a safe space to understand each other, reflect, and see your relationship from a new perspective. 

In my work with couples, I follow the Gottman Method, combined with Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) principles.

I help partners reconnect and understand the patterns behind recurring conflicts. I guide couples in managing disagreements more effectively, ensuring both partners feel heard, understood, and emotionally safe.

The process begins with three assessment sessions to get a clear picture of your current relationship dynamics. This includes a detailed questionnaire to uncover underlying patterns and set meaningful goals. In two individual sessions, I make sure to hear each partner’s perspective, history, and background.

After this assessment phase, we move into the working phase, learning to recalibrate interactions, communicate more clearly, and rebuild connection, step by step, with tools and guidance tailored to your relationship.

  1. A joint session with both partners (90 minutes)

  2. An individual session with each partner (each 45 minutes)

Sometimes it can be hard for two people to find the time — work, family, and daily life can get in the way. I offer flexible working hours to make it easier for both partners to participate. Together, we create a safe space to understand each other, reflect, and explore new ways of relating, so your relationship can feel more connected and supported.​

Why This Approach Works

 

My approach combines structured, evidence-based methods with a safe, supportive space for both partners. Using Gottman Method tools and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), couples can see patterns clearly, express emotions safely, and communicate more effectively.

With structured assessments and guided exercises, even complex challenges, like trust issues, past affairs, or co-occurring mental health difficulties, can be addressed step by step. The approach honors both partners equally, avoids blame or pressure, and provides practical tools to rebuild connection, strengthen trust, and deepen emotional closeness.
